WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We will aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that there can be delays with the dispatch of your order during busy sales periods. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
£3.95 for orders under £30
FREE DELIVERY for orders over £30
Next working day delivery, excluding weekends (orders before 2pm) £6.95
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?
We use Royal mail for all our UK standard and express deliveries. For local collection pick up we use DPD collect.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please e-mail email@example.com and as long as your order has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and organise a refund of your payment.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you wish to return your order, please complete the returns form which is at the bottom of the invoice you have received with your order. Simply fill this part in and return to us with your order stating which return method you wish to use. Once your return is received we will process and send you an email confirmation of completion.
Please note, all returns are payable by the Customer.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of goods.
HOW & WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the goods being received into our Fulfilment Centre.
